The JW Marriott Guanacaste is situated south of Playa Tamarindo Beach. Our transportation service can provide round trip transfes for clients staying at the JW Marriott and Hacienda Pinilla.
Tenorio River Class 3 to 4 rafting
The Tenorio is for those adventure seeking white water rafters, both professionals and beginners, even people who have never done rafting can come along. Our guides will make sure you feel comfortable on the river, after a thorough training session before departing down the river on the raft.
Corobici River River Floating
The Corobici is the slower and softer version of the Tenorio. Although the Corobici has a larger water volume, it is slow moving, deep and therefore, offers less Class 3 and 4 rapids as the Tenorio does. Therefore, clients and descent during two hours, while still enjoying some soft adventure ( Class 1 and 2 rapids ), but at the same time, have time and the comfort of admiring wildlife and natural scenery.

The tours on the river last for around 2 hours to 3 hours, depending on the water levels. Additionally, you have to add the transportation from the hotel and back.
The tour lasts for around 6 hours in total, including the actually 1.5 hours of the river descent. Thew transportation, via land, takes around 1.5 hours each way.

Both Hacienda Pinilla and JW Marriott are located south of Tamarindo beach. It takes around 2 HOURS from the hotel to the river put in section. You can also book the tours with no transportation included, in case you have your own transportation
